#59 Crash on CTRL-C

On 1.7.1 and 1.6.0 CTRL-C causes a crash. Windows 2000.
Also accessing the help/about Fhred menu causes a crash, probably regardless of the file.
Something about accessing 0x0 with instruction in 0x0.
It might not look like it, but I still found frhed a tremendous help.
Also thanks for making it work on win2k 32 bit.
