Submitted code for GLSL DirectionalLight, SpotLight and PointLight.
Still running tests, and looking at each field in the X3D spec; so expect some more changes, but it's not looking too bad at the moment, and should be ok for most cases (unless I'm missing something obvious, which after lack of sleep last night, is probable!)

I've checked in some changes made over the last day or two; simplified the lighting shader, but have NOT specifically touched SpotLights recently.
(possible some of the "combining of code" helps, but I do know that the beam width and cutoff angle are currently not both computed/used. Give me a little while @home, and I'll see if I can get it done.
BTW - using a great book "Extensible Graphics for Web 3D Authors, Brutzman, Daly", as my lighting reference. (had the old VRML book from the '90s kicking around @home, was using that, but the Brutzman book is a lot better written, IMHO)
