Commit [7de813] Maximize Restore History

added __loadstatus and __loadResource to X3D_ShaderProgram like Inline has, for staged loading and init

(can't use Shader_Script.loaded like Script because Script initializes once per run, Shaders re-initialize/reload for each affect shape on each scenegraph traversal, so .loaded and ._initialzed are used for that)
