Commit [06061f] Maximize Restore History

winRT /DX11 can't do light struct[] array, so #ifdef for simple arrays

- struct[] array is needed for custom shader nodes like teapot-toon.wrl that use gl_LightSource[]
- so defaults to struct, and winRT defines USING_SHADER_LIGHT_ARRAY_METHOD and sacrifices custom shader node gl_LightSource[] capability.
