Hi,

is there a possibility to write a 3dm /Rhino format? Maybe
we can use the opennurbs to start.

There is no such possibility yet. And I'm not convinced that
there should be. The only information that could be send is
probably the geometry only. In the meantime I've got several
requests for IGES import/export. This should be the best way
to not only export to Rhino, but also to other programs such
as Maxsurf etc. There's only one drawback: I chose to use
subdivision surfaces to model the ships since it's big
advantages over NURBS. So most ships modeled this way can
not be converted to a few ordinary NURB surfaces. Sending
the information through IGES ( and also to Rhino) would
however require to do so. Subdivision surfaces CAN be
converted to NURBS, but it would require a large number of
    small NURBS patches.
