Most buttons (eg. menu and subscreen buttons at top of
screen) resize according to the size of whatever text
is in them, but if you bump up the font size to 15, the
colonize button on the sidepanel doesn't seem to grow
horizontally as the others do...

The turn button also seems to have the issue, as do the
in-game menu buttons (the buttons on the menu that pops up
if you click menu at the top right, not the menu on the
    opening splash screen)

A few other UI elements also need to resize themselves
    according to the font size.

    http://home.cogeco.ca/~toppingwebspace4/FO/things_that_need_to_resize_for_fontsize.png

The darkened background behind the top row of icons, numbers
and buttons needs to extend down to accomodate the growing
size of the things it's supposed to be behind.

The title bars for SitRep, Single- and Multiple-Fleet
Windows, In-Game Menu, and Title Screen Menu should extend
as well. (The Title Screen Menu could also extend horizontally)

Some of this is vearing into feature request territory, but
it LOOKS buggy, so in the vein of the missing-AI bug report,
it might be good to have visibly here as well.

This is ultimately better classified as a feature request, since the desired behavior is not even part of the design of GG, our GUI library. Implementing it would be a major undertaking, not a fix.
