- start new game
- split home fleet into two (or more) fleets
- give move orders to one, or both of the fleets (to
the same or different locations if both)
- drag and drop one fleet onto the other, merging them
- end turn -> game loses connection to server.

This is probly similar / related to the bug that
displayed the move path of the merged-away fleet after
merging.

    FIXED.

    Bug was caused by missordering a FleetTransferOrder and a
    DeleteFleetOrder. This occured when execute a
    FleetTransferOrder which leaves on fleet empty and this
    empty state is catched by FleetWnd, where a
    DeleteFleetOrder is generated. The problem was that an order
    is executed BEFORE it is added to the list of orders. Now an
    order is added FIRST to the order list and after that executed.
