#147 Multiplayer Save Crash

I started two versions of the game, and had one host a
game and the other join a game at 127.0.0.1. I changed
no galaxy settings other than # of stars to 10, and
player names and empire names to Host/Host and
Client/Client. Immediately after starting the game, on
the Host version of the program, I clicked the options
menu, then the save button, then saved a game called
"hostsave". The Host version crashed, and the Client
version got the usual pair of connection lost / end
game message sent pop-ups.

    I am unable to reproduce this now; saving seems to work
    fine. So either this bug is gone, is very unpredictably
    irregular, or requires some specific conditions that I
    havn't replicated accidentally.
