I had FreeNAS installed on an IDE flash device. For some reason it no longer boot and ad0 has failures (I wont have access to the machine for the complete error until Monday).

I now have FreeNAS installed on a USB flash device (via identical hardware sans drives at home). I want to take this USB flash drive to the office on Monday and reboot the file server. Sounds great, but I have four 1.5TB drives configured via FreeNAS in to RAID5 with data that only exist on the RAID.

It seems that if I had my config file from the ad0 that I would not have a problem at all, but I do not. How to I restore/mount the existing RAID from the new install with out reformatting?

Thank you and regards,
Tom D.
