I have a iSCSI target defined in a container file on a mount point.

During shutdown, the iSCSI service is not being stopped and the container file is not closed.

This prevents the mount point from unmounting.

After a second delay, I see log messages saying disks are synced and then buffers synced, but the system does not power off. The lack of shutdown is probably a separate bug.
