In advance Thank you for your nice software.
I have some suggestions:
1- please add possibility to use mouse scroll like other programs as zoom and using pushed scroll as pan
also for closing project tab we can do it by clicking on scroll (like all of browsers)
2-please add possibility or option when user click on one parent or cloud that group area zoom up
3- when user add image by using inset image he can change the size of image . now if you add big image it cover all of the screen
4- please add possibility to zoom out much than 25% for example 5% ( for hug charts)
5- please add icon for drag link inside program .for example if i drag image inside my chart it don't have any icon .
6-please add possibility to have more than one parent in one project.
7- please add history of changes inside program. for example whit changing time table we can explore in history of our work
8- is it possible to add some handles (circle or node) for adding children by mouse?
9-please add possibility to add Google colander inside program for define project time table.
thank you again for your job it is very useful for me
most of these is reasonable and adequate (except that 6 and 9 are arguable), but doubtfully will be released in near future
Thank you for your answer
6-some times many children cause by more than 1 parents for example i want to draw team chart and 2 or 3 persons works on 1 or 2 projects
9-if user have small window that show Google calender . he can drag events to his chart. in my opinion it can be like some squares that they contains Google calenders events. to have good result it can be like popup window.
thank you for your time
without "thank you" please. First, I'm just another user of FreeMind, not a developer. And What do you thank me for? For expression of my opinion, which is not even optimistic?
6 (more than one parent): this case you won't get ability to edit several maps simultaneously. There is always possibility to open several maps in different windows, but making several *roots* won't re-factor or structure your thoughts, and this is what FreeMind used for. Look through <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mind_map> description.
If you just want to draw a graph, use more appropriate instrument, yEd for example (or XMind which is convenient some cases but overbloated overall).
Please, write Calend_a_r, not calender. This is annoying. Google does not have product called calender!
9 (Google calendar): First, vendor-locking, especially INTERNET-and-vendor locking is very bad for me and many others. In my country, Internet is not very approachable or any cheap, and often not stable, except in largest cities. So calendar support, if it would be, must be universal (maybe iCal export?). I'm using free Rainlendar for example. Think also about people (forced to) using MS Outlook also, or not having limited Internet access, by corporate politics for example.
However, in FreeMind there is internal calendar (try Ctrl+T and look through menus), which is free for all and have enough functionality for appropriate objectives.
