    Is there anyway to save the image resolution (dots-per-inch; or pixels-per-meter) when encoding an image as a JPEG2000 (JP2/J2K) image/stream? From other documentation it seems as if one should use the "default display resolution box". Although I have seen some header definitions in LibOpenJPEG header files for this:

       #define JP2_res 0x72657320

    it appears not to be supported (currently) by FreeImage or LibOpenJPEG. Any help will be appreciated.
