In my continuing efforts to use "freeglut" on a Linux machine I have
tried clicking on the "X" in the upper right hand corner of the window to
close it. The result was that the window lost focus but stayed open. Not
cool. To fix this problem you need to insert the line
fgCloseWindow ( window ) ;
into "freeglut_main.c" immediately after line 507. This is in a presently
empty "if" block concerning whether a message is a "delete window" message.
If somebody could please add that to CVS I would appreciate it.
Now that I have fixed that, I need to see why my application is calling for
a now nonexistent window. Two steps forward, one step back.
