My funding has been restored (hooray!) and I am back on the project.
I downloaded the "current.tgz" and checked for differences between what it
has and what I have and have four files that I would appreciate if someone
could add to CVS. The differences are:
- The "ChangeLog" is out of date. It is even further out of date
since I added to my private copy this morning.
- I seem to have written more in the User Interface documentation
since the last time it was uploaded.
- In "freeglut_main.c", in the Unix section, I made three changes of
- I moved the code to get the window referred to by the
event to before the "switch" statement.
- I modified the order of events in the window destruction
- When a mouse event is passed in, I made the event's window
the GLUT current window.
- Also in "freeglut_main.c", in the Windows section, I added code to
make "freeglut" save the mouse location for passing to the keystroke
- In "freeglut_state.c" I made a change to the "glutGet" call when
calculating the window position and size. This is an unresolved issue at

After about a week away from work, I am now back on-line and
working. At the moment I'm digging through 100 e-mails that piled up (only
that few! I am amazed).
Fort Walton Beach is beginning to return to some form of normalcy,
although I did drive over one downed power line on my way in this morning.
(I presume that it had been deactivated and simply had not been picked up
yet.) West of here, though, is devastated. I was in Navarre on Monday
handing out supplies and the place looks like ... well, like a hurricane hit
it. I was aghast. Pictures can show you what it looks like, but they
cannot at all convey the full sense of what has happened. I can only
speculate about what it is like in Pensacola.

I'm back from a week in West Africa. I didn't expect to come into
work today but did anyway so I'm a few days earlier than I had planned. My
unread e-mail list is at 200 and counting.
Anything happen while I was away?

Nothing of any importance.
PLIB is heading for a release tonight - unless someone reports
something seriously wrong with it.
