Yes. If you are using the DLL version, the file "freeglut.dll" needs =
either in the same directory as the executable (not the directory above =
even when you are running from the MSVC debugger) or else in the
c:\windows\system32 (or equivalent) directory. Otherwise you will get =
"DLL not found" error when you try to run the application program.
If you compile with the "FREEGLUT_STATIC" compiler directive set then =
application won't use the DLL. In that case you will have to provide =
path to the "freeglut_static.lib" file as part of the link step.
