I removed several nonstandard #warnings (in case you don't pay attention to the bug reports or the commits). They were converted provisionally to XXX comments. (This was briefly discussed a bit ago; there is no ideal alternative, save to ultimately split the gamemode features into two parts and deprecate the ill-defined gamemode.)
