What is G_LOG_DOMAIN for?
I can't see it defined in any of the .h files, but it is used in some of the .c
In at least one case, it is #undef'ed, then #defined to ((char *)NULL).
Immediately after, fgWarning() is called, then it is #undef'ed again, and
redefined to be the filename.
Was this a left-over from some old way of logging warnings/errors? Or is
it intended to be used with something else? I can't see any code that actually
*uses* the definition, and I am not familiar with any convention for such a

It's from the time when freeglut used glib.
They can be safely removed.
