I wanted to send you and screen shot but it seems it is impossible.

I have these files in this location: 
D:\hesam\C\Image\image08\bin
freeglut.dll
libfreeglut.a
libfreeglut_static.a

And in my project build option, in the Linker setting tab, i have linked libfreeglut.a file 

Am I still wrong?

That's because you're looking at the wrong place. windows/system32, and
syswow64 directories hold dlls, you're not missing the DLL, you're
missing the import library. Make sure the library search paths include
the directory where you have the freeglut import library.
