Hi Dee and others --

I'm using freeglut trunk on MS Windows.

I've noticed we lose the ability to interact with the window frame immediately after the freeglut window gets mouse pointer focus. We can only interact with the window frame if something other than the freeglut window has mouse focus first.

I can reproduce this with the Shapes example. Steps to reproduce:
 - Bring up Shapes.
 - Click inside the window - freeglut window now has mouse focus.
 - Now try to move or resize the window. It doesn't work.
 - Click on the desktop - the desktop now has mouse focus.
 - Try again to resize or move the window. It works OK this time.

This is a minor annoyance, but indicates something is broke with event handling or focus in the MS Windows code. Does anyone know what's up? A fix would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
