OK, I fixed that specific part of the documentation.  I also added a couple more statements right there.  However I don't have a good HTML editor at my fingertips at the moment so I haven't done anything else.  We really need to.

"A menu state callback" (i.e. glutMenuStateFunc()) is not a new callback
but is deprecated.
