GLUI is a OpenGL-based user interface library based on
GLUT.

With recent CVS changes to freeglut, GLUI is _nearly_
working with freeglut, but not quite.

The test program example5 has artifacts with freeglut
on win32.

    Nigel,

I ran Example 5 with the current SVN version of "freeglut"
but don't have a basis for comparison with GLUT. The
    primary artifacts I see are:

    (1) When I click on "Lights" for the first time to expand
it, the "window" that they are in expands vertically way
beyond what is necessary; I have to slide a little slider
bar from the bottom right-hand corner of the window up and
the "Lights" bar appears immediately--and does not move as
I slide the slider bar. When I click on the bar again to
contract it, everything returns to normal except that
the "Lights" bar does not shrink horizontally to its
original length. When I click on the "Lights" bar a third
time it expands the way it is (presumably) supposed to do.

    (2) When I expand and contract the "Properties" bar it does
not shrink horizontally to its original length.

Are these artifacts from GLUI or from "freeglut"?
