Hello

None of freegluts fulscreen modes does triggering Nvidias
stereo mode, and shutters dont work.
Its probably conected to pixelformat, but its not native
GLUT_STEREO case which isnt supported yet. Nvidias
drivers triggering glasses every time when OpenGL or DX
window is going fullscreen. In old glut its working
properly regardles if glutEnterGameMode or
glutFullscreen is called.
Seems like drivers dont think its fullscreen application.
I tested it with 2.0.1 and 2.2.0rc1.
Cheers. Misiek

To clarify, this problem is observed on Windows?

There does not appear to be any handling of GLUT_STEREO
in the Win32 specific FreeGLUT code.

Yes its under win98se/VC, i didnt mention that because
nvidia does not support stereo in x11 drivers yet. And as
i said its not about GLUT_STEREO, its just about
fullscreen mode. Nvidia drivers have wrappers which
triggering stereo glasses whenever OpenGL or DirectX
application is going fullscreen. This feature is not based
on native quadbuffered stereo available on Quadro class
cards. Its stereo for every Geforce aswell.
    Cheers.

Hmmm, I'm not a Win32 API expert, but something looks strange
in fghChangeDisplayMode: Why do we use 0 and not
CDS_FULLSCREEN when changing the mode with
ChangeDisplaySettings? Perhaps video drivers use the latter as a
hint for switching on the stereo glasses. But I'm just guessing and
wait for a comment from a Win32 guru...
