None of freegluts fulscreen modes does triggering Nvidias
stereo mode, and shutters dont work.
Its probably conected to pixelformat, but its not native
GLUT_STEREO case which isnt supported yet. Nvidias
drivers triggering glasses every time when OpenGL or DX
window is going fullscreen. In old glut its working
properly regardles if glutEnterGameMode or
glutFullscreen is called.
Seems like drivers dont think its fullscreen application.
I tested it with 2.0.1 and 2.2.0rc1.
