Could the FreeDOS distro's include a textfile with interesting links
for each (or many) subjects?
Installation/Drivers:
*url1
*url2
*url3
DOS distribution programs (included programs)
*URL1
*URL2
Batch
...
...
Assembly programming
...
C(++) programming
...
This way people could learn faster these subjects so they could
possibly contribute faster to the FreeDOS project.
For example, I'd like the INSTALL program have write @SET
INSTDIR=selectedinstalldir to a batchfile, where the
selectedinstalldir is a directory the user entered as destination
directory in the install program itself.
Another way: put location in Environment directly.
However, my C(++) knowledge is 0.
So I'm searching for tutorials for DOS programming in C,
so a list could help me, just like it could help other people
configure their installation setup or write batch files.

We have lots of information online, but it is
spread over various locations: The Wiki, the
FAQ system, technotes, the link list on our
freedos.org homepage, files which are part of
the various package zip files, and so on.
