#615 Recruiting new immigrants/emmigration not working

For some reason I am not able to recruit new immigrants in Europa, nor does the emmigration work.

I tried to recruit an immigrant the round before the number of crosses would have caused an emmigrant to appear, but when I tried to purchase one, the server disconnected and asked for a reconnection. Upon reconnection, no immigrant was on the docks.

Similarly, when I end the turn, the dialog will show, asking which emmigrant I want to choose, but a disconnect will happen again.

    Another thing I want to ask quickly:

    I have defeated the other AI players in the current game (I would think, they have no colonies, and I can't locate any more of their troops), what is left for me to do to win? Do they have some ships I cannot locate or what?

    Also, the market seems pretty broken in my savegame, it never increases or decreases the prices (only very rarely), and I would think the prices on the manufactured stuff would be much higher than it is.

    Please don't reopen a bug report with a complete unrelated question. The AI players problem is a different bug, please open a new bug report. If you really think the market is broken, please open another bug report, too, and try to be more specific about the problem.

    Sorry, I did not notice that when I replied to a closed bug that I was the initiator of, that it was automatically opened again. I did not intend this.

    Sigh, again, this seem silly. I just want to reply, no reopen. I will try to close it while replying, even though I made sure just before that the "Status" was set to "Closed".
