Foswiki 1.1.2 has been released

Foswiki 1.1.2 was released 10 Nov 2010. It is a release that fixes some very important bugs incl. a security related bug. Installations running 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 should be upgraded to 1.1.2

Foswiki 1.1.1 has been released

Foswiki 1.1.1 has been released on 26 Oct 2010.

It is a bugfix release that fixes a number of annoying bugs that were introduced in 1.1.1. Upgrading to 1.1.1 is highly recommended. Upgrade package provided for download.

For those not yet on Foswiki 1.1 - there are lots of exiting new features.

Foswiki 1.0.10 has been released

Foswiki 1.0.10 is a patch release with more than 410 bug fixes relative to 1.0.0. It is assumed to be the last 1.0.X release, as the project is preparing for a 1.1.0 release within the next month.

Foswiki 1.0.9 release candidate 1

Foswiki project is getting ready for the 1.0.9 release. A release candidate 1 is ready for download. Final release is project for 2nd or 3rd week of January.

Foswiki 1.0.7 has been released

Foswiki 1.0.7 was released 20 Sep 2009. It is a patch release with more than 190 bug fixes relative to 1.0.0 and some enhancements. This release fixes some serious issues introduced by the CSRF fix and the redirect cache fix in 1.0.6. Major enhancement that also fixes many annoying editor bugs is the upgrade of the !Tiny MCE editor to version 3.2.2.

New Foswiki 1.0.6 raises security bar for enterprise wikis

Foswiki 1.0.6 was released 21 Jun 2009. This version introduces a major enhancement in security against Cross-Site Request Forgery.
Further more a central translation framework got introduced which ease the translation process and enables all users to contribute to translations.
The numbers of bugs fixed since the initial Foswiki release exceeds 160. And you will find even more bugs being fixed if you upgrade from TWiki to Foswiki.

Foswiki 1.0.5 released

Foswiki - The Free and Open Source Wiki Version 1.0.5 - 25 Apr 2009 has been released.

It is a patch release with more than 120 bug fixes relative to 1.0.0 and only very few minor enhancements. In addition it contains further security improvements.

Foswiki version 1.0.4 released

On behalf of the entire Foswiki community I can proudly announce the release of the Foswiki patch release 1.0.4

Foswiki 1.0.4 is available for download at the following locations

Since the January release of 1.0.0 more than 100 additional bugs have been fixed.

The number of bugs fixed relatively to the current TWiki release has exceeded 300.

The Foswiki development community has focused on getting the first follow-up patch release very stable. We discarded 3 release attempts in the process of creating this release because we were not satisfied with the quality. With 1.0.4 we have managed to make an already stable 1.0.0 even better.... read more
