I am an administrator of the Qucs project on Sourceforge. We make use of the software hosted by the ADMS project. However, this project has been dormant for several years, and never hosted any code repository, only a download of the ADMS source code. The original code repository was hosted elsewhere and the author, one Lauent Lemaitre no longer develops the software, has close off the repository, and is very unlikely to ever return to doing so. The admin of ADMS is listed as 'sergey', so it is unclear if there is any relation between the project administrator and the actual author.

This has forced us to host our own version of the ADMS project as a subproject in our own repository. This is an unsatisfactory situation, so around two months ago, we have contacted sergey and requested administrator access to the ADMS project page, but have received no reply. I have sent a second message to sergey today, but we are not hopeful of a response. Therefore we would like to request that you grant administrator access to myself so that we might take over this abandoned project.

Yours sincerely,
Richard Crozier

We're reaching out to 'sergey' on your behalf. If we do not hear back, we will try again, and if we still don't hear back, we'll add you to the project as admin.

The email we sent to the project admin bounced, as such, the admin is considered unreachable and I've added you to the project as a new administrator.
