#560 Date field in new git repositories off by 4 hours

I'm in the EST timezone (4 hours behind UTC). When I check files in
randomlib's git respository (newly upgraded), I notice that they are
display as having a date "4 hours ago". This is incorrect. It looks
like the timezone field on the git timestamps is being ignored?

    Hello,

    This issue has been fixed for future commits, but in order to correct history, we'd have to do a full reindex for your project. Are you fine with the old commits as they are? Or would you like us to do that reindex?
