After a few years of inactivity I'm looking at rebooting my Pigiron project. Can you point me to docs on migrating my existing project from CVS to SVN?

    Greetings,

We don't have any automated services for converting a repository, so you'll need to do that yourself. I recommend the following steps:

    1. Create a new SVN repo using Admin -> Tools (since "code" is currently taken by the CVS repo, I suggest "svn" for the repo mount point)
    2. Use rsync to get a copy of your repository as stored on the server
    3. Use something like cvs2svn to convert the repository
    4. Import the svn repo as per these instructions
    5. (Optional) Remove the no longer necessary "CVS" repo (note, this won't actually remove the repo, it'll just remove the menu item and accompanying info page, removing that page is also irreversible)

Let me know if this helps!
