A UI design suggestion: When submitting my (admittedly first) support request, I was somewhat puzzled by the error message "you must supply a title". Visually, the title section is set off from all of the other information that the user supplies. There is a (very useful) blue box of field descriptions in between the title and the rest of the user input. From a user-interface design perspective, it might be nicer if the title could be placed next to the other user-input fields for clarity. Maybe I'm the only person that wasn't paying enough attention?
