There's missing functionality in SF's new ticket system.

I can't remove attachments from my own tickets.

There also seem to be a problem with the ticket admin interface where you add or remove fields. If you change a field, the result is undefined.

    Can you clarify where you're trying to do this? I suspect that you're trying this on a ticketing system where you don't have permissions to "update" the ticket, which would be necessary in order to remove an attachment added during creation.

    How are you trying to remove it? If you click the "Edit" button you should see a trash can icon over the attachment listing.
