we are looking for help on getting the giServer project to the next level.
The giServer is an full featured integration server, that allows development, controlling and running batch jobs within small- to medium-sized enterprise applications.
Instead of using complex XML configuration files an elaborate GUI for batch job management is included.
The programming language is Java (1.7).
We need help on all sections of the project:
- UI programming, Swing based
- Client-/Server programming
- Backend programming
- Creation of batch, trigger and misc plugin examples
Have a look here for more details:

Hello David and Alex,
many thanks for your interest in the giServer project.
Right now there are a lot of things to do in the UI. The UI is Swing based, so you would need some experience in that.
Furthermore we are working on an text only console client for the server management on e.g. linux server OS.
Is this something you would like to work on?
I am interest to work on this project. I have 10+ years of experience in Java Swing.
