The docs https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/wiki/Subversion%20import%20instructions
say there is no way to import data into the allure SVN. It seems like (especially for new projects, or projects that are on CVS currently) this is a vital feature. How else does a project on CVS move to allure?

    When we moved to Sourceforge I was very happy to be able to import our SVN dump file from our old repository using the shell service.

    I think that feature would be useful for Allura too.

    Some changes to our svn creation behavior has made it much easier to import from a dump file now. See this page
