I have FontForge 20090622 installed on Mac OS X via MacPorts, and the
latest version from CVS compiled (but not installed, I'm running it by
typing ./fontforge/fontforge in the CVS root).
If "Enable key equivalents under X11" in the X11 Preferences window is
un-checked, version 20090622 uses the command key for keyboard
shortcuts in FontForge.
However, the latest version compiled from CVS appears to always use
the control key for keyboard shortcuts, regardless of whether "Enable
key equivalents under X11" is checked or not.
Is this a bug in the latest version of FontForge? Does FontForge need
to be installed to detect this X11 setting? Is there a way to make the
latest version of FontForge use the command key for shortcuts?
p.s. I'm on OS X 10.6.2. The About window in X11 says "XQuartz 2.3.4
