[Fluxbox-devel] reorder tabs patch

I didn't submit this through the proper channels last time, so here 
it is again, now against the current cvs (as of 4/21). A few of you 
have seen this, but for those that haven't, this patch adds two 
keyboard options to move the currently focused tab to the left or 
right in the list.  I shouldn't need to explain the usefulness of this 
to anyone that uses a lot of grouped terminals.  Anyway, you can
