TP> I wouldn't be too sure of that! The rear part of an airliner can hit the ground if the pilot pulls too much on the elevators control. I have been tolled that this kind of problem has occurred on one prototype from Airbus. And it has probably also happened to other aircrafts. A small airplane can probably have a higher angle of attack before its tail hits the ground. But I don't know if the wing will stall before or not. Best regards, Olivier Guth |
