Granted, the flight model in Fly8 sucks rocks, but it does the job. It's one of the things on the list to do for my simulator project. I figure I can set Fly8 up as a console only server process that just kicks out data about the current aircraft to set the view and then another data stream to supply the positions of the drone aircraft. Of course it would have to be a two way pipe so SimGear could pass back altitude data to Fly8 for ground impact or landings. BTW, if anyone knows where I can find a 7" color VGA monitor, please let me know. I need one for the MPCD display in the '15. g. |
