I know that namespaces do not necessarily map one-to-
one to filesystem directories. However, I have found
that it is easier and simpler to organize the folder
structure to mirror the namespace structure. For
example, I might have:

Development
Development.SalesLogix
Development.VBScript

for namespaces. Then, for me it's reasonable to have
Developement as the root folder in Wikibases folder.
And Development.SalesLogix would map to SalesLogix
subfolder in Development folder, Development.VBScript
to VBScript subfolder in the same.

ex)

Wikibases
- Development
- SalesLogix
- VBScript

Now, to the actual request, can we have the settings
files such as _ContentBaseDefinition.wiki,
_NormalBorders.wiki, _TemplateDefault.wiki, etc. to be
inherited by the subfolders? It's conceivable that
the subfolders would use the same settings as their
parent folder.

The inheritance would work as overrides, meaning if a
specific one exists in the subfolder, then that takes
precedence but if one was missing, then it would go up
one level until it finds one.
