#213 Making an existing column NOT NULL

The FlameRobin UI allows making an existing column NOT NULL. Although on page 36 of the following document (http://www.firebirdsql.org/file/documentation/reference_manuals/user_manuals/Firebird-Null-Guide.pdf) it is said it is not possible.

However, if we use the interface it allows doing it. Once we do it though, it doesn't allow inserting legitimate values. All insert statements fail without reason.

    Please try with the latest snapshot whether the issue still exists, and if so please post steps how to reproduce.
