Windows is not only Microsoft or GNU ;-)

I have done adaptation to make the source compiles
under Borland.

The patch is based on CVS 2004-09-03.
There is no C++ modification, only #ifdef, except for a
big hack in lpc.c, lines 244, 286, 326, 668 : The
compiler refuses to modify const arrays. I have done
something I am not sure is OK, but because I am only
intersted in tags, I didn't test the lpc.c code.

Please put this in your CVS, to let me be able to give
official source with my code.

Here is the patch from the las CVS version, to be synchronized
    (or http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/Flac-CVS20050126.patch\)

I tested to compile flac, libflac, and libflacc++
Not tested in "real life", only compiled a library (late
    here :-D ).

I have put in decoder and encoder of libflac++ some methods
in comments, because of errors of compilation ("method is
    not accessible")
I don't know if this is a bug of the compiler, or I did
something wrong, or you did something wrong.
I didn't try to investiguate this, I thought you are the
    best to do this :)
