#286 non CDDA cuesheets get bad leadout track

the cuesheet importer is putting the wrong lead out track number for non CDDA cuesheets.

also, the rules are too loose in this case. I will be adding a requirement that the leadout track number should be 255 for non CDDA to avoid other problems and make it easier on clients.
