  • Just a quick question does GT.M already support IPv6 or will be supporting it in the near future?

    Thanks,

    Jerry

      Jerry --

It does not support it today, and there are no plans to add IPv6 support any time in the near future.  Why do you ask?  So far, no one has made a compelling case for IPv6, and indeed, I don't know of any site that has IPv6 deployed.  What would you like to do with IPv6?

    • Bhaskar,

Only reason I ask is I myself was asked about it for EsiObjects - The DOD (and some other agencies) are move to IpV6 in Early to mid 2008. At least so is the mandate. For me it is not a major issue just trying to figure my development priorities.

      Thanks,

      Jerry

Thanx, Jerry.  I was not aware of this plan.  Time for me to at least start looking at IPv6!
