I've noticed that when the segment file name is a certain length, that the output for the SHO -SEG command appears on two lines instead of one. I was just wondering what the filename length threshold might be?
thanks...

In my experience, the wrapped display is a result of the terminal width setting. I usually widen the X-terminal window (or SSH window) and "use $i:width=132)" to get a wider display. If your dat files are located many directory levels down, you can use symbolic link instead.
