Fire 0.32.i is now available. This release's primary focus is to fix the blocking by Yahoo (again). The authentication mechanism in version 0.32.h and previous was not compatible with the changes made on January 8, 2004. All languages: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/fire/Fire.app0.32.i.dmg?download English only: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/fire/Fire.app0.32.i.english.dmg? download Source code: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/fire/Fire.app0.32.i.source.tar.gz? download Enjoy! -The Fire Team |

Yes, an update to the 0.99 alpha preview will also be forthcoming soon. I'm working on also fixing a problem with Yahoo blocked buddies in the alpha preview. I think to myself "...what could be so different in the Alpha...", so I grabbed the latest CVS... Um...Guys...it's awesome. The interface changes are great, and the polish continues to be applied... Are these changes going to be committed to CVS? I really don't want to go back to 0.3x series as I'm hooked on the new interface. Those links appear to be working now. It was possibly a case of the mirror sites not yet being updated immediately following the release. Actually, I believe the checkboxes he's talking about have to do with the new multi-list support. You're using 0.99, aren't you Scott? This area of the Edit Buddy window determins which lists a buddy will appear on, and whether or not the buddy is blocked on that list. Multiple lists make things complicated. :-/ Does that answer your question? -- Nick Kocharhook -- <avpx@xbpuneubbx.pbz> -- Rot-13 |
