Does the version of the package show up in the "installed" column? Also, try "fink list gpg-error" in a Terminal session. An i by the package's name means it is indeed installed. If it was in fact installed, you find where the files are by using: dpkg -L libgpg-error dpkg -L libgpg-error-shlibs dpkg -L libgpg-error-dev -- Alexander K.
