Nothing should have a runtime depend on libgettext3-dev: it's only needed to build some packages. "unstable" in this case is somewhat of a misnomer. Newer packages in that tree can be a bit flaky until all of the bugs are worked out, but some are quite usable but can't be moved to the stable tree untill every one of their build and runtime dependencies is available there as well. -- Alexander K.
