This is not just a question of headers, but also of libraries. The Fink
glut package builds and installs only one library, libglut. The other
libraries that come with the glut sources could probably be built, too,
but this would be a different package (gle exists as a separate package,
though). Normally I would recommend to contact the glut maintainer, but
this one seems not to be active these days.
If you think a more complete package might be useful and you know how to
make it, you could take over this package.
