With the creation of a database, keep track of who
"owns" a file (like Linux). So this would allow someone
who has write permissions, but not append or delete to
still be able to edit and delete their file at will
(while having no such permissions to someone else's files).

--All currently existing files would have to have an
owner of "system" or "admin" probably.
