#296 Better auto levels setting

I really like the automatic setting of the levels filter. However it is not very useful - if a scene is not so bright it gets overcontrasted.

Much, much better idea would be to have an option to lock to the lowest and highest settings found in the past (or even better to have option to correct lowest and highest level seperatly).

Many movies have the minimum black level above 0 and it would be nice to correct this automatically for the whole movie (not to correct this scene from scene - because there are some scenes in the movie that should not include the 0 level and it should stay that way.)

I think this feature should be very easy to implement.
