A pragmatic answer is that a PCILynx card will be any firewire card which is
described as being incompatible with mswindows, having no software drivers,
and so on.
If OHCI is mentioned anywhere in connection to the device specifications it
won't be a PCILynx card.
The most reliable way of spotting a PCILynx card is if PCILynx is mentioned
in its description or specification.

No idea to be honest (Stefan has some idea though). But in the context of
ebay and similar sites it's not overly relevant because they don't advertise
the chip designators on the cards. I guess you could cross-reference the
model they give on other sites, but in my experience it's easier to just run
with the "OHCI" and "PCILnx" text descriptions.
