lspci only shows you the devices on your PCI/PCIe bus.  So we see your
firewire controller (and its PCIe-PCI bridge):

That's close.  You don't need to run using sudo (and in fact shouldn't).  We
can also generally simplify things for testing.  Could you please try
running

  jackd -P70 -R -d firewire -p512 -n3

and confirm that things fail in the same way?  I expect it will, but let's
be sure.
